The Wild Ones Forest School
School Year Community
Schedule & Tuition

The Wild Ones Forest School will include observations that inform program development, nurtures SPICES (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Communication, Emotional, Spiritual), and opportunities for Review and Reflection so participants may inform their own learning. At its core, forest school is a participant-led experience, while developing the skill to simultaneously care for the community as a whole. Over the course of our time together, interested participants will be introduced to woodland tools (bow saw, loppers, bill hook, sheath knives), fire building, knot tying, and den building. The introduction of these tools is one of many ways we support creating a sense of environmental stewardship within each participant.
Missed the start date for the current semester? That’s ok! We’ll happily pro-rate your tuition.

Forest Schools are a unique philosophy! In order to create a community in which everyone knows their roles, is familiar with the ethos of our program, and has an opportunity to connect with the facilitators, we will schedule a phone call before you are considered officially enrolled.
