School Year Program

Schedule & Tuition

The Wild Ones (8).png

The Wild Ones Forest School will include observations that informs program development, nurtures SPICES (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Communication, Emotional, Spiritual), and opportunities for Review and Reflection so participants may inform their own learning. Over the course of the program, participants will be introduced to woodland tools (bow saw, loppers, bill hook, sheath knives), fire building, knot tying, and den building. The introduction of these tools is one of many ways we support creating a sense of environmental stewardship within each participant.

Forest Schools are a unique philosophy! In order to create a community in which everyone knows their roles, is familiar with the ethos of our program and has an opportunity to connect with the facilitators and other families, we will regularly host Gatherings, Family Orientation Days or reach out with a phone call.
